It was great to see so many in Greenville today!

I want to take a minute to thank Melinda Doty for the organizing the Greenville Area Get Together today. It was wonderful to see less of soooo many!

Iris, Dalton, James, Lisa, Carrie, Becky, Andrea, AndreaU, Rosemary, Jennifer, Alice, and Ben... Of course, there were the loving family members as well that rounded out the group.

It was great to see all and I look forward to seeing you again. I doubt that we'll make it to the next one in December. Ben will be coming home from the hospital then... So hopefully, we'll be seeing much less of everyone next year.

It was so nice again today. My Step-sister Kathy enjoyed meeting all of yall as well. She came home and told my Mom how encouraging you all were and how much she loved seeing the before pictures that some of you brought along.

We left McAlisters and had a great session of retail therapy at Barnes and Noble and Target. I bought a crockpot cookbook so I'm sure I'll have lots to share in the coming weeks.

Thanks for posting Barb!  I didn't get to this yesterday.  I found out my 98 (almost 99 year old Grandmother passed away) so we were/are making plans to go to my hometown for the services, etc.

It was so great to see and chat with everyone yesterday. Thanks to all of those who drove to see us!  I hope we can do it again closer to the holidays.  I originally said Dec. 13, but I've now realized James will be graduating with his BS degree on that day!  I'll figure out another day (possibly a Sunday as weekends seem to still work better) and will post shortly.  I'll try to get the pictures posted shortly.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I recently lost my great aunt and must admit to missing her greatly.

Thanks again for all of your work on the meetups for the Greenville area. I know that it is truly appreciated by all.
