Happy Halloween!!
Ive had the candy ready for two weeks.. I ummm.. dont know what happened but I accidentally ate a bag by myself a few weeks ago not all in one day but it did happen! Anyways Ive got the candy bowl ready and I love looking at all the kids when they come to our house. I live in a nice sub division and for some reason because I live on a Cul De Sac we do not get as high of traffic as the rest of the houses
I told hubby last year that I was going to go sit at the end of our Cul De Sac LOL and pass out the candy.. if you have kids in Jacksonville and your up this way come by and I will LOAD you up!!

Yeah, I'm with ya on that candy disappering mystery! Ronnie and I bought candy a couple of weeks ago and even though I only eat a piece or two at a time.... it's been hard to stay out of. We decided when it's gone... NO MORE CANDY in the house! Now is when I wish I DID DUMP!

You two are so bad! lol Our kids are sooo excited. It was hilarious though... Last night hubby had brought home two of those horrid scary masks. I have always battled them about not wearing some dark, evil costume (yeah, party poop mom) and talk them into Star Wars and such...a black Ninja is as close to the dark side as I've let them go. So this year, being 15 and 9, I let them and daddy go ahead and do the super duper scary horrid thing. Last night, hubby is going to get little man tucked in bed and he grabs up the mask to carry to his room. E grabs it from him and THROWS it back in our room and runs down the hall! We were like, "What's wrong? You don't want it in your room?" He was like, "NO!!!" So, guess what? Hubby was up like every 20 minutes all night long having to tuck E back in bed. LOL I told him no scary crap!!!
Well I have to confess too... Rex and I bought some candy last month to "save" for Halloween... but for some reason we had to go out again yesterday and buy more - dunno what happened to it, must have been the cats, yeah that's it... lol!
For the past 2 years I have been handing out candy at the "Mike's Farm Haunted Hayride" carnival, but this year it was early and I wasn't prepared, so I didn't get to have my fun. Plus it rained 2 nights so we didn't have as good a turn out.
Anyway, we don't get many kids at all here either so that sucks. If I don't have to work tonight (I've been put on standby), Rex and I will go to the end of my street and pass out candy too. We did it last year and had a blast. The kids are sooo darned cute! Have a blast! I hope you get so many kids you run out of candy!!!
Have a Goolish night!
