I would suggest contacting your NUT so they can look over your nutrition - I hit a wall months 8-9-10, finally saw my NUT 10 months out she suggested a few simple changes and I dropped 11lbs in two weeks following her advice. If you are on the go so much you may need to be upping calories (and carbs) to account for all the running around - you are close to your 1 year out and typically many of us see our NUTs then so you could just have an early visit.
As a side note, while you are making healthy choices at drive thrus the majority of their food is *loaded* with sodium. There are many good on-the-go foods you can pack yourself to avoid the drive-thru route.... while ok now and then I would limit to once a week, maybe twice and no more. I noticed the more weight I lost and reached goal how sodium really effects my body... if you take 2-3lbs water weight on my current frame it makes a huge difference, pre-op I wouldnt have even noticed.

One thing that helps me alot is to record my food intake.
I used to think how do you record such a small amount of food and thinking there was no way I was taking in that many calories.
Belive it or not it really can add up.
There are many programs out there that can help you record your intake and you can see just what you are taking in in the way of carbs, fat, and protien.
The program I use is www.sparkpeople.com I can record my food intake and my fitness.
Call Patrick at Duke I am sure he can give you some good advise.
