Yay!!!! The process is officially Starting!

So... I broke down and called Dr. Chapman's office today to check on the status of my appointment letter. I did not want to be "that" patient. (Especially not in the beginning!) However, I am so excited to get this ball rolling I was making myself nutty!

When I first met with him at the beginning of this month they told me my letter with the scheduled pre-op appointments would get to me in about two weeks. I am going on three weeks with no letter and I finally broke down and called.

The girls at his office are sooooooo sweet. My letter was signed and mailed yesterday and my first appointment in on 11/11/08. I am soooooooo excited. I feel like I am "officially" on my way now.

Wooo Hooooo!

Oh yea!  you are on your way now!  Congratulations!

So do you think you might get to have an early December surgery date???

It sounds as though you are on your way.  I've just finished with my Nut, Pulmonary, and Psych.  Next week I have the endoscopy and cardio.  Things go faster than you realize.  Good luck with everything.  I know how excited you are.

Yeah Bek!!!!   I'm happy for you! You're off and running!  Get strapped in for this roller coaster ride girl!!!  11/11 isn't very far away and it's a great day!!!!  Keep us posted!!!
