Melissa,
I want to congratulate you on your accomplishments ... large and small because they all add up to a very big change in your life. I don't know if you see a difference, but I certainly do. As you get smaller and smaller, it will take less and less weight to show a significant difference. I know that when I started this journey, it seemed like I lost 30 lbs and people weren't even sure if I'd lost weight, but now if I lose 5 lbs everyone notices.
Keep up the good work and don't bother buying any suits for next summer now ... you'll estimate too big and they just won't fit.
Wishing you continued success,
Barb

You are doing awesome Melissa. I am also 8 months out and the wt loss has almost come to a standstill. In the last month i have only lost 2 lbs and work out at Curves and try to walk at least a mile or two per day. The scale is headed in the right direction so i won't complain to much. I am right there with ya on the bread. I can eat bread crust (like at Carrabas) if it is really crunchy but very little. Think that makes me appreciate it a little more. When i was up in MI with my dad in the hospital, I tried a bagel and just had to peel the outside off and dip it in cream cheese and that wasn't to bad and gave me less carbs and protein from the light cheese. Keep up the great work!
