WOWIE MOMENT * I BROKE THE 300 BARRIER*

WOOOOHOOOOO!!!!!!    I STEPPED ON THE SCALE THIS MORNING AND I WEIGHED 299LBS.  I AM SO HAPPY TO SEE A  "2" AND NOT AT THE 300'S. I CAN'T EVEN REMEMBER THE LAST  TIME I WAS IN THE "200" RANGE. I AM LOSING WEIGHT SLOWER NOW BUT I HAVEN'T BEEN EATING LIKE I SHOULD EITHER. BUT I AM STILL LOSING AND I HAVE SO MUCH MORE ENERGY  AND FEEL A LOT BETTER             THINGS ARE GONNA BE GREAT IN 2008!!! Ya gotta believe if ya wanna achieve!!!

That is a BIG goal to reach.  I too was over 300 for so many years.   I was so happy to see the two's.  Congratulations.  Keep up the great work.  Now we have to work through the two's.
