Bistro M.D.   <----- Click Here I'm sure they are lov'n them some Dr. Phil tonight!  With the plug (a couple of them) they got on the show today... that FREE PR is worth tens of thousands of dollars!

that's great but I searched the site looking for NUT info and there isn't any just that it is a 1200 calorie meal plan. I may use that after my surgery whan I can eat normally. Thanks for the info

Half the stuff looks great and half the stuff looks yucky LOL Im THE worlds pickest and PLAINEST eater!!!! thanks for sharing though!!
