Calorie Countdown milk?
It contains some milk and cream so i dont think it's lactose free
Having said that - it does NOT bother my severely lactose intolerant tummy. I've been drinking it a few days, it tastes great and works wonderfully in my shakes.
I'm lactose intolerant to the point where I will NEVER need MOM. A half glass of any kind of milk, or large amounts of other milk based products put me right on the toilet with severe issues. And within 20-30 mins too.

I drank the low carb prior to surgery and did okay with it... It tasted just like regular milk to me. I'm not officially diagnosed as lactose intolerate, but milk does give me gas Recently, we have started drinking LACTAID and so far so good! I don't really notice a difference in it either (as far as taste). It is expensive, but what milk isn't?
The only milk I tried that was awful was soy milk. YUCK... tasted like dirt. BLEH!
Good luck!!!

It's a BOY!
I use it. The only place I can find it is Walmart. Comes in chocolate, too. I tolerate it very well, and regular milk does sometimes bother my stomach but the Calorie Countdown never has.

I didn't care for it... to me, it tasted like it had a ton of sugar in it and was WAY sweet tasting. The ingredients just say "MILK" so I'm not sure why it tasted so sweet to me... probably just my crazy taste buds.
