How's your thermostadt?
I don't know if this is related to the weight loss in general, the fact that it was so rapid, the fact I had RNY, or what, but I've noticed that I really swing from overheating to freezing a lot. Does this happen to you? If so, does it get better with time?

Like you, I think I've always been "warm natured" ... but lately, this swinging from hot to cold business is driving me nuts ... I don't know if you noticed yesterday, but I kept putting on my coat, then taking it off ... Oh well, if that's one of the tradeoffs for feeling so much better, I guess it's worth it.

I think losing the natural insulation is definitely a factor ... I just can't figure out the hot flash quotient ... I'm already post menapausal, so I dunno.

Honestly, I never used to wear PJ's except when I was up and around the house. Now, I'm always in flannels. Of course, my old ones just won't work anymore ... So, I've been hitting the Goodwill longerie big ... at $1.39, I can afford to have a couple of sets.

I wonder if this is a permanent thing or if we'll adjust some in the future?
