13 5-pound bags of sugar + 1 ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ WOO HOO!!!! HOW MANY FOR YOU???
That's what is missing around here! And I hope it's never FOUND AGAIN!
Today is my 3 month Surgiversary! I have "lost" 66 lbs, which equates to 13 5-pound bags of sugar, plus 1 pound. When I think about what I've lost, it helps to put it in an element I can "feel" and hold in my hands and head. When I pick up just ONE 5-pound bag of sugar, it's HEAVY. To think that I've managed to shed 13 of those (plus one pound) and that I was toting that around with me 24 hours a day, it gives me a REAL perspective of my success!
When we have those stalls, let's think about our losses in 5-pound bags of sugar increments... and THAT will turn a negative into a VERY positive!
So, how many 5-pound bags of sugar have YOU lost! Here's MINE!

I guess I'm doing well then. Since Jan. 2nd I've lost 13 pounds on my pre-op diet. So I've lost 2 bags of sugar plus 3 pounds. WOOHOO!
