So glad to hear you are doing well....   Don't eat any oatmeal, bread, or toast.  They definately swell and why risk enlarging your pouch or dumping.  At this stage I loved mashed potatoes, soup, tuna, salmon patties, crab legs, and the best was chilli from Wendy's ( a small chilli has 17 grams of protein).   I have never had any problems with saltine crackers but be careful from some crackers (Ritz made me very sick).  Everyone is different.   Just try to stick to your diet and you will do fine (stay away from the burgers).   Good Luck to you.  Donna

Connie, Thank you.  Wow 84 lbs is great.  I can't wait to hear your weigh tomorrow.  Good luck! I tried to reply to your post, but it keeps winding up down here on the bottom.

Barb, I tried to reply to you too and my response also wound up at the bottom of the page.  Thank you!  That is what they told me.  As long as it can be cut with a fork. I did fine with the hamburger patty.
