Avatar help

Someone said awhile ago what to do if the new avatars aren't updating and we're still seeing the old ones.  I can't remember, does anyone else?  Thanks! Nancy

Nancy: Clean out your cookies and it should fix things. I am thinking you may know how to do this. Lisa

I always hold down ctrl/shift at the same time and click on refresh. My husband is a computer guy and he taught me the trick and it works for me. :)

Ok, cookies, that's it.  I thought it was reboot, but it evidently wasn't.  Control shift, refresh?  hmmmmm.  Maybe will try and see what that does.  Thanks girls!  Have a blessed day! Nancy

OK - I've tries ALL these ideas, and still nothing. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr.........

You can go to Downloads and search for a program called Crap Cleaner.  You can use it to clean the cache of IE.  This can be done manually, but why do that if you can download a handy little program to do that fore you?  I use it all the time. Take care. Ellen

You can also, if you don't want to download anything, go to the top of Internet Explorer and click on "Tools".  Then click on "Clear private data".  I clear everything listed but "Saved Passwords" which I leave unchecked.  This is for IE 7 which is what most people have these days.  The directions are different if you're still using IE6.
