Support group survey

Hi all -

As you know, I started the NC WLS Meetup Group to try to find another avenue to meet others who are considering or have had any type of WLS surgery. I'm trying to guage what people are looking for. If you are interested, I have a short survey to try to get the "big picture." While I'm located in Raleigh, the NC WLS Meetup Group is for all of NC, so if you live out of the Raliegh area, but would like to use the NC WLS Meetup Group board to schedule and arrange gatherings please feel free to participate.

Even though I am not in the Raleigh area I went ahead and filled out the survey.. I think you probably would like as much feedback as possible so I hope you didnt mind BTW that is a cool survey site and great questions!!
