Some of you may know this but for the newbies ...

Hi - I am not new to the WL journey (banded almost 4 years ago) but I have been away from this site for a very long time and have just wandered back in. Anyway, I stumbled upon what appears to be a pretty good little website (I can't spend too much time surfing on it here at work so I just glanced at it) called The Daily Plate www.thedailyplate.com. What I really liked about it is that you can put just about any restaurant or brand name of food in the search engine and it will list all of their foods and the nutritional info about it. Yes, I know that we have all seen this information in various formats, esp. for the fast food places like McD's and Taco Bell but this site seems to have more restaurants listed than most of the others I have tried to use. Places like Moe's Southwestern, Schlotzsky's, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Mimi's Cafe, Johnny Carino's, Texas Steakhouse and Saloon, Logan's Roadhouse, Miami Subs, California Pizza Kitchen are just a few of the less ordinary ones I put in and it pulled up the menus. You can put brand names like Tombstone or Freschetta in the search engine and it will pull up all the various types of pizza from these brands and will give you the nutritional info. Those who have been around awhile may already be familiar with this site but those who are researching, waiting, or are newly reborn may be interested in taking a look. Thanks for sharing.  I shared this with my co-workers.  Everybody liked it.  I work in the health office, so a lot of people come to me looking help and tips.  Thanks to this website, I have learned a lot and have helpful info to share.
