Alice, The scrapbook looks great! You did such a great job tracking everything. I need to go back and do that myself.  Your tummy pics-- my gosh!  It was worse than I ever imagined!!!!!   I'm so glad you are over that and I can REALLY tell how much you have lost. You look great!!!!!!!!!

This is wonderful Alice.  I have started getting things together to do one for myself.  I'm a huge Stampin Up fan and I am gonna have to get out my stamps!!  This was my motivation to get on the ball!   This is so great.  You are doing so good with your weightloss.  Good For you!!!    Thanks for sharing!
