My wonderful Husband thinks I should bake cookies to deal with my anger. I told him have a diet jello and be happy. He's not using me to get cookies lol

Oh my - tell him nice try hahahahahaha.  You hang in there this denial aint nothing but a thing, do something nice for yourself like take a nice long hot bath or get a manicure ;)

Splenda Chocolate Chip Cookies

54 Cookies time to make 30 min 15 min prep

2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup land o' lakes light butter
1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
2 tablespoons Splenda brown sugar blend
1/2 cup Fibersure
1/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
1 (1 ounce) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Sift together flour and baking soda and set aside.
  2. In large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, fiber supplement and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding powder until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet (line with foil for easy clean up).
  3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are golden brown.

Ingredients:

 

 

 

1 c. whole wheat flour

1 c. oatmeal

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp. ground allspice

1/2 c. raisins

1 c. unsweetened applesauce

1/4 c. water

1/3 c. vegetable oil

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)

1/4 tsp. sea salt

 

Preparation:

 

 

 

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat well. Drop by spoonfuls onto a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned. Makes 48 cookies.
