What do I buy at Trader Joe's?

Where ya been, girl? Glad to see you. You need some new updated pics, by the way. I buy the Buffalo burgers when I go. Also, eggface on the main has a list. Let me see if I can copy the link for you. Somewhere on her sight she has a TJ's list. Let us know how the trip goes. I always go to Tj's when I travel to Raleigh to see the OH crew from there.

Here are my favs
Trader Joes Fiber Muffins - apple cranberry... they are small and dense, in the area with the bread to the left of the door.
TJs mild fresh salsa
TJs whole wheat pizza dough
TJ Baked Blue Corn Chips
Frozen - edamame, 99% FF bean burritos, chicken burritos, chili lime chicken burgers, buffalo burgers, turkey meatballs (they have veggie ones that I hear are good too, havent tried them!).
Thats all I can think of for now... too much pain meds making my brain foggy!
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

Just wanted to say hi and hope you are feeling better. I just noticed your ticker and realized you are way below goal. That must feel great. I remember that you were about 7 pounds from goal for a while and then you made goal and now look at you. How amazing is that! You have done great! Hope you are well and making a good recovery!

Karen please let us know what you got !!! I'm very curious. I am gonna have to make a TJ run sooner than later it looks like. I have heard so many good things about TJ. I can't wait to go!
