100 lbs lost memebership card

Hi everyone how do I get one of the 100lbs lost memebership cards for my profile? Just wondering Thanks!  Adrienne  RNY - 3/15/07 Duke WLSC

Hi Adrienne, I'm ashamed to say I don't know how to cross post.  :(  But, here's a copy/paste of the centry card info done by Jaz.  Her user name is AnnetteRust if you want to PM her.  Or you can do your own.  All directions are below: I make Century Cards! For those of you who know graphic programs go to http://swords.cc/ohcc/oh_card.html then just save and edit in the name. 
For those of you who need cards just send me a message. Please give the following information: 
- How much you have lost
- The background style (see below or go to the above link) 
- The name to put on the card.
