Hey everybody....
It's great to be back here with my "other" family after the holidaze... I tried really hard to stay away from my puter and focus on other stuff for a couple of weeks. I see I have a LOT of catching up to do in here...
I've gotta do a new picture too. I took most of them this year and not in many, so that's on my "to do" list. I managed to drop 4 lbs. over Christmas too, and I tried to update that dang ticker, but it wasn't cooperating earlier... so my numbers don't match the ticker, at least yet.
What I did manage to do was break my left little toe on Christmas Eve morning. Thank goodness I had stuff done. I caught it on the corner of a wall and I'm sure my neighbors hear the hollering as I fell on the floor in pain. It's amazing how such a little toe can hurt SO bad. It has really pissed me off because I can't keep up my walking that I enjoy. I still can't even put a sock on it, much less an entire shoe, so I've been going to holiday festivities all dressed up with flip flops on. Half my foot is still black 'n blue. But thank goodness I'm a flip flopper so I have them in every color to match any outfit! LOL
I had a fabulous time with Wyatt and he really enjoyed everything this year at 3. He spent last weekend with me while sis and daddy went on a grown up trip to the beach, and we had a ball. I cried when he went home, and he just lives 4 miles down the road. This was the year of "Light'n McQueen" (from the Cars movie for those who don't have little ones around).
I was the kewlest Aunt when Wyatt saw what "Santa" brought him to Aunt Dee Dee's house... his OWN Light'n McQueen (LM)!
I bought LM pajamas for a racing outfit, LM shoes, and some Bad A** Black and Red sunglasses to match. It's one of those battery powered cars to drive around the yard, so now he wants to come here ALL the time. :)
I hope y'all all had Merry Christmas' too.
I'm off to do a little catching up in here... don't know if I'll get done tonight or not. That gal wore us out this morning in the deep water swimming class, and I've been busy since too, so I'm about pooped out!
