To Crush Or Not To Crush... That is the question!
I take as much as I can in chewable form. The rest I chew anyway, it's not too nasty after you get used to it. My theory is that I'm helping out Irene if I help digest it a little first.
Chewable:
C - 2 500 mg each
Calcium Citrate - 2
Lozenge/Sublingual:
B12 - 1,200 mcg
Biotin - 5000 mcg
Swallow:
Multi-Vitamin - 1 a day
E - 400 IU
Selenium - 200 mg
D-3 - 1 a day
I think that's it.
Take care.
Ellen
I swallow all mine. Here's what I take each day: 1 B12 sublingual 1 Multi vitamin 2 Iron tablets 2 Calcium with vitamin D 1 biotin I started out with chewable Flintstones but couldn't stand the way they tasted so as soon as I could have solid food, I switched to the One A Day Women's multi vitamin. I haven't had any issues swallowing them (knock on wood!!). Like Stacy, I sometimes miss a calcium or an iron tablet but my one major New Year's resolution is to get back on track and take EVERYTHING everyday that I am supposed to.
