I should do the same, but I'm so lazy when it comes to my old bulky camera.
You look amazing. has your journey met your expectations so far? I remember last year at this time my world was crushed by my RNY complications. One Year Later, I'm petrfied that I will get them again. I moved away from Charlotte, so I don't have an RNY Dr anymore. Always on guard due to my complications.

My RNY journey has and is meeting my expectations.
Even tho I had a very serious clot that my filter caught if I had to do it again tomorrow I would do it.
What complications did you have?
As far as eatting certain things like beef I am very leary but I am ok with it.
Sometimes I get frustrated about the amount I can eat but when I made my choice to have wls I knew this would be part of it and I am learning to accept it.
I really never relized how sick I was till afte surgery.
With my diabetes well under control and not having to take insulin or any diabetes medications it was so worth it to me.

I told Keith to 'WATCH OUT!!" After I have this surgery, I'm going to take care of you and your family like you have NEVER SEEN!!" And I intend to do it!! You give me hope that I'm going to be out of this !@#$%^&ing wheelchair and living life again soon!! Thank you!! Kelly :)

I am almost at the point where I can cross my legs.
I can do it now and tap my foot but I know it will get better and better.

This surgery is not easy but it can change your life for the better.
I am sitting here playing some pc games debating on getting up and cooking some shrimp to put on a salad.
I may just choose to have some soup and will be filled up and be happy with some soup too. Annie
