OT: Yucky Pooky
Okay so I am in nursing school and my teachers say that the best thing for nasal congestion is to spray a saline nasal spray (not medicated) and kind of rinse out all the gook. If you do use a nasal spray like Afrin dont use it for more than 3 days or you will get rebound congestion (just FYI). Also if you do have a sinus infection it would be in your best interest to run to your doctor and get a prescription- my mom just got Levaquin for 7 days and it was gone!! I hope you feel better soon!

Get a NetiPot. They seem scary at first, but it really does help. You fill the little teapot looking thing with warm water and a saline solution and pour it into your sinuses. It feels really good and will help with congestion.
Another thing that works for me is to mix 2 TB of apple cider vinegar with water and drink it. It opens me up every time!!!
