dehydration? Low Protein??

Connie,  I hope you and the doggie are feeling better today.  Hope you get to go to the dinner tonight, too.  I don't think I'm gonna go because I have to get up so early tomorrow for work, but I'd love to see you (and everyone else!). 

I am doing much much better...but the bassett is not at all.  of course justafter my husband left for work, he got sick all over the house.  I am in miserable He%% right now.  (sorry...!).  The charcoal which was black liquid got all over him last night when we were forcing him to take it.  It was one of the most horrible things I've ever done.  He was ok all night until about 7am.  We gave him a small amount of food.  within 2 hours...  sick sick in two rooms of the house!  And now its raining and I cant just put him outside.  What a horrible day!!!!   Hopefully there will be another get together sooner than later and I can make it to that one.  Oh how I am so bummed!!!
