I was looking through meetup and saw a class for deep water arobics in CH so after thinking about this I have decided hey why not. I will have to wear a new swim suite which is more reveling than anything I have ever worn meaning it has no little skirt attached to cover up my legs oh my but Lee pointed out I am able to wrap a towel around me now. I love the water and it burns those calories. i must mention Lee bought me the most beutiful fairy for our goldfish pond the details are awesome. We also went to Christmas mass last night and went to the 7;30 mass instead of the 11pm one it worked out well the music and the service were very nice. I was freaking out before going to recieve communion because there were 3 steps to go up to the alter. As it turned out they had a priest giving communion at the bottum of the steps and the majority of people recived it that way. So Lee and I did it that way too and it worked well for me.                                                        Annie

Hi Annie -

I'm delighted to hear that you had such a nice day and were able to enjoy Christmas mass. I know you've been looking forward to it.

Let me know how you enjoy your water aerobics class.

Hi Annie:      I hope that you enjoy your water class. That is what I do for exercise and I absolutely love it. I can tell a difference when I do this. I believe my body is firming up. I get a great workout and the great thing is your are really working out but don't feel it quite as much due to the water. My only thing I don't like is getting in the pool if the water is too cool. Don't worry abou not covering your legs...there are people of all shapes and sizes, ages etc. It's for YOU and who cares. You're getting healthy and that's what matters!

Take care and let me know if you enjoy the class!

Hope you enjoy the water activities. I have been involved in water aeorbics and it does get you moving with no impact to joints. After the class I always go to the deep end of pool at Y and tread water fro 30 mins. I can't wait to be released to do this again. I tale the sponge weights with me and work tummy  with them as I tread. You can feel  the pull. Glad you were able to receive communion. It hurts my knees to kneel even with the padded kneel rest at alter but so far I endure. Annie you are an inspiration to me! Keep up the success Myrtis

Hi Myrtis, I cant kneel either it really hurts. I used to do water arobics almost daily when I was working on the first 300. Glad to see you posting.                                       Annie
