Nooooooooooooo! (Update)

I got a cryptic message from My surgeon's office about an "appointment change", wtf my surgery is in 1 week, I have my whole life scheduled around it, they can't change it. No one's there, of course sigh.

maybe it is about an appointment "after" your surgery??  have you made any for post-op?  Dont freak out just yet.  take a deep breath.....   it might not be the worst...  what if they want to move your surgery up?  That would be cool right?  Think Positive...   Connie

I'm trying lol Moving it up would be ok as long as its friday or later, no one to watch my kids before that. Moving it later would be a disaster :(

PHEW - his nurse didn't come in until just now but she was calling to tell me their office had moved to its new location and to reschedule my POST OP appointment (which I had forgotten I even made) Man, I'm so relieved. Maybe he can remove this pessimistic streak while he is in there lol

Oh goodie!  Don't you just hate it when they do things like this with NO consideration as to how their patients perceive messages and go into a tailspin panic.  I hope you told her so next time she can't leave more than a cryptic message and keep from doing this to other folks.

Well I can appreciate her being discreet - maybe it was hippa laws that prevented her from being more specific but she could have said "your jan 14th appointment" without giving out any real info you know? Man I barely slept last night tryin to rearrange all my arrangements for my kids and stuff in my head lol
