Was able to shop in Old Navy.

Sat down on the sofa to talk with my son and part way into the conversation I realized that I was sitting with my legs crossedkiss.

Good for you! It's the little NSV's that you wouldn't really think about until they happen that make this journey so worthwhile! Congrats!

That is so exciting!! Its funny because I think of being able to do those things all the time.. some people may not realize how big of a deal that is.. But it is a huge huge deal... You must have felt amazing!! Congrats!

Old Navy was my first purchase also!! Before i could only shop at Penningtons!!

Before, i could never find clothes that fit me at Wal Mart, however now it seems they have clothes that would have fit me way back then!!

I've even been to American Eagle, just because i could!! haha

Haven't shopped too too much yet however it makes it better that we are not just limited to 1-2 stores to find clothes.

The crossing of the legs was the first time in my life too, as i was never able to do that before, even as a young person.

Sitting at a boot at a restaurant is also no longer embarrassment!!

NSV like those are so exiting!!

Booths are a nemesis of mine as well, can't wait for the NSV's to start. My sisters and I had to ask about a year ago to be moved to a table from a booth at Swiss Chalet because we were all uncomfortable. We all vowed to go back one day and fit comfortably into the booth. I really hope to see that day come.

Thanks. It is frustrating though. I stall for 2-3 weeks and then drop 3-6 lbs.  I guess my life lesson with this journey is to learn patience
