Eatin' Good....Shopping maniac...
Morning Dear Lady,
Oh stink I have my days and nights mixed up! Was up at 3:30 a.m. yesterday and was in bed at 8:00... so tired I couldn't function any more! ~ha
But today I slept from 8:00 to 4:30 that's 8.5 hours!!! Lot's and lots for me! I think I will try to stay up till 10:00 tonight and maybe I will be back on track? ~ha
I'm so disgusted! I found a set of 3 lb weights at a flea market yesterday and went off and forgot them!!! They are just the size I needed too! pooh... it was probably sleep deprivation! ~tee hee oh well I guess I'll just get my cans out again... but they are too big now for me to hold onto ~ha

a couple bites of omelet

R.B.Cassarole 1/2 cup
Yum Yum drink(my name for it)
That's it for the day. Not too bad I guess, except the omelet didn't all stay down... sure was good going down though..~ha
Maybe I can get Paul to walk with me today, his mom will leave around 8:00 this morning.
I have some presents that need to be wrapped too...

vitamines check,chili goes down easy,but i make my own eyes water lol.i even offended harley last niht,he looked at me like what crawled up yur butt and died lol.do you know how much protein is in chili?i use chili beans and hamburger,tomato juice and spices.and i put shredded cheese on it.
