WHATS HAPPENING WEDNESDAY

Sort of been such a gloomy day. On and off the board. The weather is so  bad and nasty. Started this morning as high as 63 degrees is now down to 31 and forcasting , sleet, snow, rain etc. hope no one is trying to drive in this stuff’. So for down here in our neck of the woods it is not  doing anything but being cold...it is now 28 degrees.

 

Because the weather is turning so bad I have been trying to sleep all day today. I hate it when it does this. I cant keep my eyes open. So this is going to be short today. Besides all the drama is just so draining and is so not needed.

 

SUSAN:::: glad that you all made it to Becs for tonight , they say it is getting really bad up in that area...lol your poor babies act like they are scared of us. Crissy runs in and get under your bed every time we went over to let them out. They are ok just didn’t want to go out and it may have been the rain ...you said they don’t want to go out when it is raining didn’t you?

Im glad that you all have all of that done now. Tell Cor hi for us tomorrow when you see her...and tell her that we are all pulling for her...

  

BEC::::: did you get your hug from Andy and Susan from me? Don’t you just love them both to death? They are so cute I think...cant wait for Susan to have her surgery so she can get rid of all of that insulin she has to do now.

I hope he can get the treadmill in the truck but if he cant then hopefully you can bring it down on the 22^nd or we can get it sometime ...i  just get so cold outside , I bundle up like crazy and I still cant stay warm...

Yes Sugar and I are coming up to the BBF party...im glad you are going too another good chance to talk to you and get a good hug.

  

SUZIE::::: so sorry that your hubby is still sick...sounds like he feels pretty bad ...at least if he is picking out clothes to wear at his funeral. Lol

Most men want a lot of attentiond when they are sick....My hubby only wants to go to sleep and no one bother him lol ....will keep your hubby in prayers...hope he feels well enough by Saturday...

  

LOU::::you look so good in that avatar. Cant believe it is you really...i bet your hubby is liking the new you isn’t he? You said yesterday was you weight day? So what did you weigh? Do you go to the Y two times a day? I wondered cause you said you go to the Y with your daughter daily ...wow girl I sure wish I had you around me for awhile , well it wouldn’t do any good here in the boonies tho. Lol

Did you get your Christmas tree yet? That is funny that you got your house all decoratd and no tree. Most people do it the other way around lol . that is ok , doesn’t hurt to be different does it. Lol ...hope to see you at the Christmas party on the 22^nd....bring hubby...

Hey you may have to do like I do about  the pumpkin rolls. I have to freeze them as soon as I get then done so I cant eat them ....i took one last year and cut thin slices off and wrapped each one separate...then when I just had to have one and couldn’t fight the urge I would get one have to thaw it..and then eat it , by the time that it got thawed I would have talked my self down and would only eat a couple of bites of it.   And would give the rest to Joe lol so it did help some.

Im still pleading my case for you and Linda to come to the Christmas party on the 22^nd...we will miss you if you don’t come. ....please.

  

BARBARA   S::::: I am still praying for both you and  Baby ....for total and complete healing....have they told you when she can come home? If they have taken all the tubes out and she is eating and drinking I would think it would be soon.

I hope the best of things happened with Kayela and that her POS gets the book thrown at him. It just isn’t fair all of these delays that Judges just keep granting these hoodlums. Just makes the person that is the victim have to wait and wait to see justice served.

Just isn’t fair at all. Makes people want to take just things into their own hands.

Cant wait to see you at the Christmas party...it will be a lot closer to you all too ....

Oh yes was Miss Peanut in the Wedding..i didn’t see her in any of the pictures. Lol

Don’t give all of this about the kids at the party another thought. We did all we could . and we cant please everyone all the time. If we did one thing a big majority would have been upset for that Im sure. Love you and am praying for you completely ok

  

SANDY::::: sure hope you are getting better and that the swelling is going down...hope you have a good meeting on Thursday....are you the leader of that group? Do you have a name?how many do you get to come to your meetings? I hope it grows and grows.

Hey Jan and All,

         It's beginning to look alot like Christmas at my house. Went and cut down our Christmas tree on Sunday.My sisters family and us always go together each year to get them. We really have alot of fun.So I got the tree put up Sunday and the rest of the decos put up yesterday. Now just gotta get the outside ones up.Hopefully by the weekend. Have a busy weekend though.Saturday my Mom and her kids and my sister and her kids and I are all going to Columbia to meet my son and DIL and Grandsons at the mall then we are going to take all the kids to Chuck E Cheese. Then I have to be back home by 6 for my DH's christmas party for work. He works for Budwieser and they always throw a huge party.It's at the Days Inn here in Kirksville.

   I think next year I am gonna have to go to a fake christmas tree. I am allergic to the one I got. My hands and fore arms are all broke out and itches very much. When I was a kid growing up I use to break out everytime we would go camping so I had to learn to stay out of the woods.So I guess that goes for christmas trees also.LOL
    The support group here is given by the hospital. We have between 10-12 people come to it.Off and on. No name that I know of. I don't get there as often as I should but I try. I am gonna go this Thursday.
     Still stuck in the 250's. I know it's my fault but it is really upsetting. I am gonna try to get a membership at the YMCA here in town. I know that will help if I start working out again.

I have praise to report. The medication is working and my DH is feeling alot better. He still has more tests to see if he needs surgery for his acid reflux but if he does it will be a good thing and not very serious. Thanks for all the prayers.
Its a bit icy up here but thankfully I live on a state hwy so they keep it salted or plowed when there is snow.Its supposed to warm up some so that makes me happy. I am hoping I do not get called in to work today ,I really don't want to get out this morning.. I will go if they call even if I don't want to. Maybe I will get lucky. Stay warm and dry everyone.

Good morning!  Well I lost 3.5 lbs last week, so I'm on to -53.5. WoooHOOOo!  I want to be -60by Christmas, I don't know if I will make it but its not going to be from lack of trying.  Its funny my avatar on my computer is still the cartoon, but I guess everyone else sees my pic. HA!  That's funny.  My husband and I have been married since I was 18 so for 19 years and girl he's seen me thin, med, large and hefty LOL  But he's very supportive and my biggest fan.  He goes with us to the Y 3 times a weeks and he even gave up dr. pepper when I had to give up diet coke. Gotta love that.  Today I have a busy day, I have to take my grandpa to mt. vernon to the VA he's 83 and funny he will have me cracking up all day.  Then to work and then the TREE! ha.  I gotta get that tree.  I hope everyone has a wonderful day! Not sure that trick will work with distortion.  I had to work on my pic for a while to get it to NOT distort.  The first time I tried it I looked like a frog...ewww!  I finally had to edit the pic and made sure it was a perfect square (like 600 by 600 pixels) and then resized it to 100 by 100.  That was the only way I could get it to look right. 

It worked! YAY! Thanks so much! That was making me crazy. (~.~)

Good morning all!

Please pray for Chelle as she has a severe case of strep and is having to miss work today but doesnt have anymore sick days or vacation days...dont know how that will go, Bless her heart, big ole blisters on her tonsils..Christian is still sick too but Skyler was going to school today.

NOW!!! Pray that I dont get any of this stuff since Ive been around it all week. Ive got too many things going on to get sick now!

Well Im going to say this and say it only once but I am sick to death of the drama that keeps happening on the board. With the latest about the Christmas party ...we knew we couldnt make everyone happy but come on!!!! Ok enough said! I told Jan that if this keeps happening, I would just quit coming on here. It isnt worth getting upset everytime you turn around and people are accusing you of things that arent true....I love kids, I love Christmas!!!!!!!!!! No one gets ignored or singled out to be picked on or to yell at or whatever the case may be this week...but its not fun to know there are people out there that dislike you for whatever reason....Its not fun to have someone accuse you of being stuck up or having a "better than thou" attitude when that isnt who you are!!! Anyway, I guess I will give it another try and if it happens again I will see how I handle it next. I know my sister has to be sick to death of it all.  I want you to know that most of us on here love you soooooo much and all that you do for the group...

Well Ive got to get to the gym and work out today while I have no boys to watch.

I am praying for all the illnesses and needs out there.
