The Goods....
Outta Bed....Protein coffee....mmmm
1 or so (the protein coffee really fills me up) ...1 oz cheese and protein bar
Snack...2 oz turkey
That's it so far....a lot of protein but not a lot of food. Mark's having grilled cheese for dinner so I will probably go for some soup. Especially since my feet are COLD.....
Water and vitamins are right on track and I should get back to my sewing. How did you all do today? Any new goodies? Sounds like Lou has some good ideas, we need to get her to post some of them. Talk to me, peeps.

It was just an ok day for me... I had...
a protein shake....
a meat/cheese roll up
taco meat and cheese
still have another shake to do before I go to bed and one calcium left to take...
I did get out and walk this morning, then came in and did the upper body workout... changed the pie filling to La Choy Sweet and Sour cans about twice the weight and I sure could tell they were heavier.
The Lord really spoke to me out on my walk this morning and I'm going to try and share that tomorrow if I can get time to write it up. He gave me a word of encouragement for you all.
Anyway... did just a tiny bit of "measuring" and once again I am losing inches even tho the scales are not moving... I'm pleased about that I guess. And a few more clothes I am able to get into... sss'all good! ~tee hee
I cleaned out in the garage some and hulled a few more pecans I still have more to do tomorrow and keep on with my chores. Paul starts days tomorrow so I will be by myself the the next three days... I hope to get alot done.

I had to read the part about the pie filling and La Choy a few times to finally understand! My brain went on "duh" for a minute or two...lol!
I'm so glad the tape measure shows some SASS is a comin'! It's so easy to focus on the scale and forget the inches....good for you.
I bet you will be sooo busy with your man working days...you are super busy now when he's at home!

i have tried to stick to nothing but protein today..the carb monster keeps trying to eat me alive.
So i have had 3 protein shakes and water....all my vits and 1/2 protein bar. that is it for today.
will try to do that again tomorrow... then try to add just some meat to diet nothing else.

The carb monster really acts up when it gets cold and we can't get outside. Hope you can keep him at bay....but I know you will.

Outta bed-Coffe and creamer
Breakfastast hot choc with proteib powder,Should of came with a hazardise waste size OMG was it YUCKY.But gotta have the protein so i gagged it down
Dinner-tablespoon of peanut butter
Supper- 1 teasppon spagetti. Just one, Did i mention just 1 teaspoon?lol And OMG i got the worst pain in my chest,foaming like a rotwiller with rabies.So went and made it come up.I am now a firm believer that this surgery can fix alot of things but stupid aint one of them. Who ever has the gun can just shoot me now LOL.
Vitamines Check Fluids Check Going to parts store tomorrow to get a dip stick so i can start checking my stupid oil LOL. What part of puking last time i ate spagetti did i not understand.? nope stupid can't be fixed I'm a poster child for that LOL.

I did ok today but by no means good.
*Breakfast- Some turkey sliced and a couple of bites of mashed potatos with gravy
* Lunch- 1/2 cup of raisin brand with skim milk and splenda
*Supper- Lettuce salad with cheddar cheese and tomatoes
* Snack-about 3ozs of cheddar cheese chunks and 3 crackers
Still not doin to good on water but I did get 2 bottles in today. Will try for more tomorrow. And all my vitamins in.
