back to normal

I feel like I am back to normal now,I went back to work. It wasn't to hard . I guess I have my energy back. I am getting to eat new stuff this week and so far so good on everything I tried. It is a big moral booster to be able to eat food.  I have lost 30 lbs and happy. I told my DH and he was surprised and congratulated me but then he blew it by asking if I was under two hundred yet. I am close but not there yet. I will be soon I hope.
The cold is working on me. My arthritis is really kicking up a storm. My knees which shouldn't hurt since they are both replaced have started to hurt. My hip is keeping me awake as is my upper back and neck. I am counting on my weight loss to help the hip and back. I do not want anymore surgery.
I don't know what I was thinking because I gave away most of my coats and winter is not even officially here. I just knew I wouldn't be able to wear them long or hoped not. I did keep the warmest one even if it is to big.
Jan I read your posts and everyone elses.

Hope  your aches and pains start gettinng better as you lose weight.

Keep my spot on the losers bench warm.
