2 eggs

1 cup milk

3 Tblsp bisquik

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 tsp baking powder

2 TBlsp splenda blend brown sugar

1/4 tsp nutmeg and cinnamon

1/2 apple chopped leave pealings on

1/2 pear chopped

can use other things in bottom of ramkins what ever sounds good

spray ramkins with pam, and put chopped up fruit in bottom

mix remaining ingredints in blender put in cups  and place in deep pan with water up about half way on ramkins. 

bake 350 for 50-60 minutes.

can make a sugar free glaze and pour over the top of these while still warm...but good like they are.

sorry sweetie i spelled that wrong  but small dishes that you bake in for each person instead of big baking dishes...but i guess you could put that souffle in a larger baking dish too, just  need to pu****er in the larger pan and sit the baking dishes , small or whatever in the water/
