Eatin' Good....Thanksgiving's around the corner!!
Good evening dear friends....
Busy but beautiful day here in the north! Got a ton of errands run, then came home and started washing curtains and put up some of my outside directions. Now trying to figure out dinner...probably pizza since hubby loves it and I'll be cooking tomorrow.
The damage....
outta bed...chocolate caramel protein coffee....good stuff
11 or so....3 oz chicken breast
snack....protein bar
late lunch....chili
snack....stupid pumpkin bread...gonna kill Aunt Margie
dinner....s/b pizza unless the wait is too long, then I don't know, he'll do leftovers and I'll probably do salad
Water and vits are all on track and will be wrapped up before bed.
I know everybody is busy and traveling and cooking all kinds of good stuff. So I may not hear from anybody but that's ok...we'll get it rolling again after the holiday.

I decided to post on this subject, since I can actually eat some good stuff now.
Breakfast: protien apple cinnamon oatmeal( 15 g) plus I added an extra 10g with some unflavored protien
Protien shake: unflavored protien22g with a couple pieces of mango, 4 oz skim milk, splenda, flax seed oil, ice and about 1/2 of and inch of bananna...this is HEAVEN
Lunch: morning star crumbles with taco seasoning, a little greek yogurt on top some light cheese and a little salsa with 2 baked tostitos crunched up on the bottom all total this was less then half a cup
Protien shake
Dinner: Half of a small tortilla ( organic whole wheat) I made it into pizza with some sf pizza sauce, deli ham, minced garlic, little cheese and black olives baked until crispy
I'm so happy....I think this is funny, but now I can eat a few things that taste good that are good for me. Which I thought would never happen. Tonight I'm baking a sugar free, low carb pumpkin pie, the batter was good. We will see how it works out. Happy Thanksgiving! Lou (~.~)

Sounds like you know how to make some nummy stuff. I'm drooling over your protein shake. And I LOVE the tortilla pizzas....they hit the spot. We have got to get a pic of you up, you are too beautiful to hide behind a cartoon! Good eating day for you and if the pie turns out, you'll have to post the recipe, k?

Oh Boy Oh Boy Oh Boy oy oy oy! Do I have "saddle sores"!!!!! 16 MILES!!!! We rode!!!! I'm feeling every one of them right this minute in my BOOOOOO~TAY! ~ha I got my exercise for the day! We were out for 5 hours... we stopped and piddled around and looked things over as we had not been on that part of the trail before.... Such fun we had.
Was a good eating day.....

I had a simply wonderful day with my baby girl and was so proud of my self that I could go all that way and not give out... I know if I had not of been walking all those miles out in front of my house I would not have been able to keep up even a bit.... I just kept thinking to my self all day long.... WOW... I'm REALLY doing this and not suffering too much in the process (pain meds big help!)...... THIS MORNING IS A DIFF STORY! ~tee hee But it sure is worth every bit of pain I'm in right now! My back is screaming and my bootie is blistered! ~tee hee
