I promised a couple of people last night at the meeting i would look this up and post it....

non. athletes need  .04 grams of protein per pound of body weight

runners need   ,06 grams per pound of body weight

body builders need .08 grams of protein per pound of body weight..

so this is from the national nutritionist book that they study from dont know why they all say different things. must be just that most of them like to apperar like they are experts lol ....

so as you lose weight you can decrease your amount of protein .but if you start out at 300 pounds you would need 120 grams and by the time you got down to 150 it would have decreased to 60 grams....

this is something that the Drs should be telling people more than they do ....I think we naturally do about 60 and have to add to that in the beginning...now I need to decrease because too much protien is bad for the kidneys right???

So I should be doing around 60grams a day since Im in the 150's

GOD is my ROCK!   SUGAR

you multipliy .04 or .06 times your body weight to see how muhch you need.

also the predigested Whey isolates dont harm kidneys like other protein...dont know why but that is said...my kidney function is always in the norms...
