first wow moment
I did some shopping yesterday and picked up a size 16 shirt and of course did not try it on. Figured I would save it for later. Well I tried it on this morning and it fit. I could not believe it. I bought size 18 pants and tried them on this morning and they fit. I am in shock. Karen I guess you were right. I will need to take you with me shopping next time to keep me out of the plus size dept.
I still do not have the energy I should but I am so much better than a week ago. I think my big mistake yesterday was carring that big purse. My back could really tell it. I spent all morning cleaning out my closet so I was pushing it I guess. I was moving more than usual and it helped me lose another pound.
Had a great time seeing everyone last night. I hope to be ther if you have the Christmas party on the 15th.I hope I didn't upset Beth about the hospital at Ft Hood. I was shocked they were doing it there. Things change so I am sure it will be fine. I haven't been there for over three years.

I may be off the board for a few days due to the holidays so everyone have a great Thanksgiving and enjoy your family time. Say a prayer for me to have safe travel and I will see you all soon.

that is so great Susie....i hope you didnt buy too many clothes yesterday.,.at this point you change sizes so fast it just doesnt pay... by the time of the Christmas party you will probably be down to 14s or less. depends on how much exercise you put into it more or less. hope you are feeling better ....get rid of the big purse...dont need it. especially when shopping . all you need is either c.cards or checkbook and those dont need lots of room lol

Susie ROCK ON GIRLFRIEND!!!!!! That's exciting news! you are doing fantastic. I thought you looked great and you know everyday it just gets better and better. Before long you will be skinny mini. My mom and husband have been great, even my kids are encouraging. After all I not only did this for me but for ALL of them also. That's so awesome Susie!!! You look good girl. Thank you so much for the clothes. I have on one of the sweatshirts now..it's kinda tight but it's warm. Take it easy today woman if you can you'll be going going going over the next few days and you looked drained last night. I'm not your momma but I just love you and want you to feel good.
