Eatin' Good.....Sunny Saturday
Had a busy day today....once we got going. Ran to the grocery store, then came home and worked outside with hubby getting things ready for the new windows. Whew....wore me out. Plus the wind was a little chilly. Now we're settling in to get ready to watch "Wall-e". Love this movie and can't wait to see it again.

Noonish....protein bar and NSA yogurt....kind of upset my tummy
Around 3....leftover fajita taco salad, just the insides, no shell or chips
Snack....couple of bites SF pecan pie
Not real sure if we'll have dinner, since we ate so late this afternoon. We'll probably just snack on something light. We won't mention vitamins bu****er is on track. How did you all do today?
I'm a little distracted tonight, read something disturbing on my family's facebook page and now I'm slightly angry. If I calm down, I will try to respond, but right now I would speak in anger, so I'm staying out of it.

Sorry about the family issues... boy those can be tough! I sure hope it works out well.
Today was a good day! All of everything! I had cottage cheese and beenie weenies! ~ha Those beenie weenies go down real easy but the franks by there self do NOT! They are way to dry. They are the Healthy Choice Turkey Franks... low fat and DRYYYYYYYY! But the Pork and Beans with BBQ Sauce ~ K.C. Masterpeice Low Cal (has no sugar), mustard, Brown Sugar Splenda moistens them right up... yum yum. I seem to tolerate it very well.
Am working on getting ready for my precious little one to come home! I will like always be the last minute getting it all done.... still have to vacuum the whole house tonight and get the dishwasher emptied and more put in..... I also want to have a crock pot of apples ready to plug in in the morning.... so as you can see I better get to chop chop'n!
I will be glad for you to have those shiny new windows!

Supper- Protein 52 grams and a small hamburger drownded in mustard LOL.
Vitamines in, Water like usual needs improvent.
Hope you're anger goes away real soon. It is really such a waste of energy but i totally understand as i am the worlds worst when it comes to anger management LOL.I get to where i can't even stand myself LOL.{{{{{{{{{{PEGGY}}}}}}}}}

lunch - had thanksgiving dinner at work - I had slice of white turkey and a half scoop of mashed potatoes(small scoop) 2-3 bites of , small scoop of green beans, 1/2 roll. Passed up the pie.
snack - orange
supper - taco salad(very small) with lots of hamburger, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese and 3 chips crumbled on top
all vitamins and H2O
