WHATS HAPPENING FRIDAY
First off left Sugars this morning so Susan and I could get home early...had such a good time with Sugar and Susan the last two days. ...and then the trip to KC and the sweet good Christian company there. Amazing how you can meet on line and find such sweet lovely people and to find as many as I have found on here is like , nothing short of a miracle. I have met a lot of you and there are so many more I would love to meet. Hopefully will get down to Vestas meeting soon. And I would love to get up to the beautiful butterflies soon too. And would like to extend an invitation to all of you that read this post daily and that is many I know I see the numbers out beside it that says a lot of lurkers. Lol but everyone is welcome to come to our Christmas party/meeting in December, wouldn’t that be a hoot to have 100 or more people for a party...wow jus****ch for Janets or Sugars post about the party and what you are to bring or what ever. That would be so exciting
Went to my hematologists apporintment and PRAISE GOD they said my wbc was fine. They took labs the last time I was there and again today and perfect ....he said that from looking at my labs that I was a very young healthy woman and he said it could be the difference in the two labs so if the next time I have labs done by the other lab and if they are low again to go and have them done by two other labs too and see what the other two say. Im just not going to worry about it. And then it could be that I ask for prayer and I got it. Whatever it was it is gone praise God...Amen Amen.
Please remember my sweet Joe in the morning , He has that cervical surgery. It is pretty straight forward but as anyone knows that has ever been in medicine , even the most simple surgery has its risks. We would appreciate it ...and for me for piece of mind..thanks and will have my computer with me and will report to you all how he did ok
We were suppose to go to a monthly meeting of CMAs tonight but it was too cold and since we have to be in Springfield so early in the morning so we didn’t go. I know we should have but I was so tired and so was Joe. So we came home and I straightened up things and got everything ready for tomorrow. If Joe has a private room I can stay with him but if he doesn’t I will probably go to Sugars if she will have me lol ...

SUSIE::::: so sorry you dumped. Mashed potatoes are not one of the best things to eat...they are so carb laden that the carbs in them turn to sugar. So yeah you probably did dump on them .. they weren’t stuck just the sugar threw you in a tailspin. The papaya tabs are good for food like meat that got stuck but the mashed potatoes are so soft that they shouldn’t haven’t gotten stuck ..so sorry you got so sick but does sound like you are going to be real sensitive to sugar...
I am so glad tht you are coming to the meeting Monday...i know you are going to be so successful this.

I did have a piece of toast this morning with some of Miss Sasses sugar free apple butter it is so good. Just wanted to tell you thank you again ....was a great day, beautiful home, beautiful hostess and special people ...you are very very sweet and should always feel like a princess. You are great and I think you maybe have a great husband....hope we get to meet him one day too.
Im sure if you married him he has to be special.

Have you gotten any responses about the Christmas party being at Calvary in Republic yet? Hopefully it will be alright with everyone . we just might have a lot of people at the party anyway...

I cant wait to see you in your pretty dess in May at your daughters graduation. You have 6 months to be able to get into that , don’t see any reason you wont be able to wear that dress. You could very well be past that size by then. I could see the difference for sure.
You are right that it wasn’t enough time. I felt like I wanted to spend more time with everyone..lol you said I would be surprised about where my seeds are growing. I belong to a seed trading forum and we trade seeds and some of the people that I have sent seeds to live in some pretty far reaches...then of course if they give the seeds off those plants to others ..that would be fun to know ...hope they all grow well for you...i loved seeing you laying in the floor looking them all over. Lol like a little girl at Christmas.
Im so glad that you had a good report from the doctor. And I checked my book I have with all my stuff written down...and at two months I had lost 47 pounds. So you are just about where I was after that amount of time...so I think you are normal lol ...i know you will have a great time with your baby this week end.

Im glad that soon your backsplash will be done...and the colors you were telling me sounds really pretty. I love those colors...looks so rich to me.
When you get ready to plant the seeds , don’t plant it all in a little area or you will have them all too close to gether. And once you throw the seeds down then water them in. with a fine mist , then keep the ground moist till you see the plants coming up...then when they get up about 4 or 5 inches go out and pull up some of them to thin them out. Pull out all the tiny little ones that probably wont make it and get them to where they are about 4 to 6 inches apart. Then water as they need it. Most of the things I gave you don’t really need any watering other than rain unless it has been about 2 or 3 weeks without rain...is that simple enough?? Lol

Howdy Guys & Gals.....
WOOOO HOOOOO I am SOOOO glad you gals had such a good time Wed!!!!!! I thought about all of you all day long.....I thought I heard giggles and laughter in the air a few times...... LOL LOL......
Had to go to the doctor today.....I have had problems with my bowels for almost 2 weeks now....And the smell about kills me when I go potty....I have even had to flush a few times to stay in there with myself.........I figured it was a stomach virus but didn't seem to want to let up....Then about 4 days ago I started having nausea like crazy and even got sick a few times....And it just kept getting worse.....
She checked my WBC but it was fine so it's not an infection but she says normally virus's don't hang around this long....So she put me on an antibioitc to be safe and changed my acid reflux med for a few weeks....She said if it wasn't better in a week or two or gets worse to come back cause she might need to check further or call columbia....
I don't really think it has much to do with my pouch and I don't hurt any....Ive had a bit of fever here and there but nothing drastic....So who knows....... Maybe it's awneryness!!! LMBO.....The strange part is Ive spent the past 4 days either not eating or eatting a few crackers and she said I had gained 3lbs since I seen her a month of so ago.....I told her I had no ideal why and I knew from how much time I had spent in the bathroom it wasn't because Im full of it!!!!!!!!AHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA
I do have an issue I would like you guys to pray for.....Today while I was at the doctor I got my results of my mammagram.....They found a place in my right breast and I go back Nov 26th for a spot impression and a ultrasound......
Im kinda worried about it because I had a scare about 9 years ago and all they done was redo my mammagrams every other month for a year to watch it....but these test are different this time and she seemed persistant that I make the appt...And I made my own appt for the mammagram but she wanted to make this appt herself....
And to top it all off cancer is terrible in my family on my mothers side....Several months ago 2 of my grand mothers sisters and 2 of her brothers went to the doctor on the same day and all four found out they had cancer....The one sister was a suviver and found out it had come back....And I have a cousin that is abou 4 years older than me that has been fighting breast cancer for about 10 years now....Shes lost both breast...some breast bone and even ribs.....About a month ago they told her it was time to get things in order and spend all the time she can with her family....They wont allow her to have anymore chemo or radiation..... My grandmother has lost a sister and her baby brother to cancer in their backs....And my grand mother is a breast cancer surviver of over 30 years.....
I do know people survive cancer all the time....and it's not even the worry of lossing my breast ...Heck they have went so far south I can't even keep on toe nail polish ...LOL LOL..............It's the scaryness of it spreading...Andn how do you know it's there?? How do you know where it will be next???
I have not told my family....Joe knows and is going to the appt with me..But I chose not to tell anyone else because of the holidays coming up and becaues of my mom and grandmas health......
So for now you guys are my sorce of prayer and I would appreciate your prayers so very much......Thank you in advance.....
Jan.....I didn't seen any post from Janet on here and I have text her the past few days and not heard back from her......Is everything ok with her??? ....I knew she was trying to get an appt but I never heard if she had one or not.....
Well tomorrow is bill day so I got lost of running to do....

Wow, sounds like y’all have a wonderful time, that’s all Susan has talked about since she’s been home, she had such a great time with Sugar and Jan and then at the party, from what I’ve heard you women are just so crazyyyyyyyy haha. I did get some stuff done while Susan was gone, finally got the cabinets all done, they really look good. This weekend Im gonna put the hardware on them and attempt to put the back splash behind the kitchen sink and all, its gonna look soooo good. The hardware I’m putting on the cabinets is the orginal hardware that was on the old cabinets in the house, Joe polished and cleaned them up, they are brass and will look perfect with the antiqued cabinets and the back splash.
Today we have such a busy day, finally we got all of Susan doctors in the offices at one time, she has 3 dr. appointments and we both have to get lab work early this morning so it’ll be an all day affair I guess. We’re gonna stop by and see her dad today to, he’s wanting to come out to the house so we are gonna pick him up on Thanksgiving and bring him out for dinner, he always enjoys getting out of the nursing home, dunno how much longer we’ll be able to do that with his health like it is so we thought we better get him as much as we can, hope we see a deer or two he’ll just love it.
***Barbara*** Thank you so much for sending some of your Apple Pie home with Susan, it was sooooooooo good, and I say sooooooo because its all gone LOL When you get a chance would you please post the recipe to that, my mom used to make apple pie like that but I never got the recipe from her and I can’t seem to get it right lol
***Bec*** Susan says your just a hoot and a half lol Can’t wait to meet you some day myself. One day when you have a min or two would you post your apple butter recipe again, I thought I saved it some where but can’t find it and with my slow dial up its hard to go to back posts and find it lol please please please lol.

Y’all keep us in your prayers for Monday, I really hate that we’re gonna miss the meeting on Monday :( I have an appt with Dr. Sotemoller (sp) in Columbia then Susan is gonna attend the seminar that night, it’ll be way late when we get home, we’ll get to see everyone at the December meeting for the Christmas Party, sure can’t wait for that.
One thing I gotta tell ya, I’ve made Susan her own account on here so she can post but whatever she tells ya about me isn’t true LoL she loves to get me into trouble lol.
Well Im gonna go back to bed for a couple hours, y’all have a great Friday, try and stay warm, its sooo cold out there this morning.

The pie is so easy....
Open Faced Sugar Free Apple Pie
3 cups of sliced and peeled Apples
1/2 cup splenda (adjust to suit your taste)
1 tsp Cinnamon (adjust to suit your taste)
1 pie crust
I do things different than most by baking the apples in a dish alone until apples are done to my liking. About 40 minutes. at 350 degrees
I purchase the pre made shell that has the least amount of sugar. I also bake the shell as directed as if you were making a cream pie.
Just place apples in the shell right out of the oven. Great hot or cold.
Can add cool whip if you like.
"reason I bake separte is....I feel the crust holds up better precooked."
Note: You can bake it in the uncooked shell if you prefer.

Extended Tummy Tuck with KU Residency Program
01/08/2010 ....Lost another 7 lbs with TT.
I have been having some pain in my lower left side and it really hurts when I move, even at night turning from side to side. Its low enough I do think it is surgery related but it is worrisome. Has anyone else had this? The loose bowels are still a big problem. Any suggestions for this?
How is Jeanine doing? Wish she would get back on and let us know how she is.

First want to say that Joe will be offered up in prayer and the Lord Jesus Christ will take him in His arms and protect him and also give you, Jan, comfort and peace during the surgery.
Yes I am still thinking of all the fun we had Wed. None of you know how much it truly meant to me to be there. I needed the Christian fellowship. Sometimes our burdens weigh us down and this refreshed me. I will give it thought about the Christmas party - a lot depends on things here.
Last nite I did not sleep well. About 10p.m. the neighbor called and said the Days Inn in Concordia was robbed and the person was loose in our area in the woods somewhere. Well, I could not sleep - just knew they were scouting our house. Anyway, finally I turned it over to the Lord and went to sleep. Still do not know if the person was caught. Times are hard out there and some people stoop to these acts. I pray the Lord will comfort all those people who need help.
