Eatin' Good.....Tuesday's almost done....
Today wasn't as busy...hubby slept for a few hours and then I got him up so he can sleep tonight. Went to my counseling appointment and then a little shopping and now trying to watch Dancing Results in between getting the little stuff done that still needs to be done. Oh, and my windows are in...they wanted to come Friday but I have too much to do that day so they will be here bright and early Monday! I cannot wait!
The Damage...
Outta bed....protein coffee....filled me up
Noonish...few bites of chili and the last of the leftover shrimp (about 6)
Snack around 5pm....protein bar
Dinner....salad
I would dare to say I'm low on protein so I may have a shake later or just some PB2 mixed w/protein for a treat. Water is fair, still need some more and we won't mention the vitamins. Doggone it, sometimes I just have a brain cramp when it comes to them.
How did you all do today? Ready to party?

I'm nearly ready to leave and so excited I was up at 3:30!!!! oh dear it just keeps getting earlier!!!

Marilyn is not going to be able to make it she had to work today. But I am picking Corine up at 8:30 in Warrensburg so I better get crack'n!
I did not get but about 60 grams of protein in and not hardly any water...oh dear.... but did get all vits in.....
I walked too.... will have to tell you about that later..... I just can't think straight right now.....
I'm going to a big ole PAR~TAY today and it's all I can think about .... I'm going to get to meet some people that I've never met in person before and I'm simply beside myself!!!! and beside myself to see all my dear dear angels 3 of them you know!!! I just have to get a pic of all four of us together for my book!
Since I can't get Sug to tell me about that Christmas party.... I'm investigating other "avenues" if you know what I mean? Sneeky Sir!
I'm concentrating on just what secrets of Andy's I can get out of Susan!!! so I can post them for the whole world to know!!! ~tee hee He was too funny!
