WHATS HAPPENING TUESDAY

 

Don’t know how long this will be . ive been on the computer writing to people all day or on the phone talking...my ears and my fingers are tired , now all of you that wrote don’t think that I don’t want to hear from you , I do , silly gooses I love all of you so much...

 

I have been putting flower seeds in baggies all day . who would have thought it would be that many packages. Lol ...ive got a box full of seed packets for any one else there that I haven’t gotten a list from all ready...if they don’t all get gone will bring the extra to the support meeting too.

 

I really cant decide what I want to take to the get to gether  Wednesday ...my mind has been so scattered for the last couple of days. Not forgetful just rushed lol. 

 

Was pretty nice here today. Sunny and half way warm got up to 55 here today...wind wasn’t bad at all.

   

TAMMY-AMMY::::::::: so you had all of your grand babies the whole week end? How come lol I know you had a good time even if you had other plans.

 

I know it is hard to possible think about your son moving somewhere else and not being around especially if he gets married and has children...it is just something we have to get use too. Not easy but has to be sometimes . mine were all around here close but now they are scattering again lol  my oldest daughter has moved to Tucson, we plan on going out there on the trike this winter.  Just have to make a way to do things with them and include them in family stuff even if they cant be there.

Tammy  use Bubbys truck or something and come on up here you hear me???? I have all your flower seeds and  elephant ears etc etc ready for you ..bribery I guess. Was looking forward to you coming up ...

BEC:::::::you know if you have lost 7 inches in the booty deptment I bet you are beginning to get a sassy little behind. Lol better expect and get use to the looks and horns and waves lol

Do you use word to type your post up in? if so you can type it there and save it then try copy and paste to the board  then if OH loses your post you still have it saved on word and can try it again later on...

 

Yeah I need to get my self motivated to get back to walking...guess im like Barbara I can come up with lots of excuses to not do it. That is one of the reasons for the subject topic for this next support meeting.  Hope someone has some good ideas.

 

I think you really do need to send some of your neighbors bills for behavior modification of their animals lol that is just too cool , you cant just go on a walk but have to have those dogs doing as you want them too lol . I can just see you walking down the road with all the dogs marching right along with you , the horses running to see all of you and get their apples and the truck driver waving and honking at you. He is noticing you getting littler all the time too I bet.

  

RENEE::::::  so glad your dad is out of the hospital is he doing better today?

You were talking about learning to stand up right , it is a problem with a lot of us and causes lots of back pain, we were bent over I guess with all the extra weight now we have to learn to pull those shoulder back ...it takes a lot of concentration and exercise to do it.

Are you still planning on going Wednesday? Sure hope so...you can take off one day and enjoy our company...sure hope Janet gets to come too.

   

VESTA ::::::: yeah I have to find something I got one in the mail the other day that was you pay 70 dollars a month for the supplemental and no charge for the part D don’t know about them...going to see about it tho...

It cost lots of money no matter  you go about it ...they act like they give people on medicare a lot but it isn’t much to live on after you get thru paying for things.

   

LOU ::::::: how did you like the soy protein ? they have had this for awhile , I used it for awhile before surgery but quit it and went to ‘Whey protein when I read that we only can utilize the Whey predigested isolates protein.  I got tired of ther taste of it too . but it is cheaper that is for sure. It also isn’t good for people that have trouble with their throid...doesnt pertain to a lot of people but some ...

Let us know what you think of it ok?  Anxious to see you on the 24^th  seeing you new girls that are losing fast and are so excited about everything help get me motivated more than anything,,,,wish I was back at the start again and knew what I know now lol ....just know that the easiest time to lose is within the first 18 to 24 months...after than you can still lose it just takes a little more determination and effort

I am praying like crazy that your boys will be well Wednesday so you can leave them with Megan. I and everyone else wants to see you and give you some hugging.

I am praying for you that you will get to go with us. It will do you some good , you need some adult conversation. Some talking and knowing that you are loved.

CRAIG::::::yeah welcome to the cold club and as far as I know you really don’t get warm by having the house warm lol the only way I get warm when I sit down is to be wrapped up ....we have been busy doing the caulk again around all of our windows and stuff. Another place you can check is on a windy day , wet your hand and run it along the baseboards of your rooms you may need to using clear caulk run a bead of it alone the baseboard top and bottom sometimes., also around outlets ...

 

Yes we will pray for leta. Tell her that we are here for here.

DEBBIE  D:::::: wow that is a lot of money for insurance. You could put that much aside and almost pay for expenses. Almost I said.

I guess don’t brink the Jack Terry pictures , I would love to have them but cant really afford them right now.  Would love too but well with Christmas coming up I cant afford anything for me right now.

Wow it sounds like you really did cook , but don’t think I could take you up on any of it. Don’t think I could eat much of it lol but Joe would sure make a dent it it ...he says I don’t cook for him anymore. So I have been cooking for him better.

Hey everyone;

The carb monster is going away but still no walking. My walking buddy, "Baby" isn't well. She is not feeling well. First, she had the chicken stuck in her throat and now she is just listless. She isn't eating very much at all. I have to really push the water to get her to drink. I am going to call my vet tomorrow and try to get her in. She is worrying me so much. I don't' think I could take it if anything happened to her. Please put her in your prayers.

Son called this evening, he got an 8 point buck and hubby another doe. I processed two today. Not looking forward to the other coming home. Will enjoy it this winter but,, not now. LOL

Looking to Wednesday with excitement but worried about my Chihuahua. I am praying she gets better so I can come without the worry or guilt for leaving her.

Good Boiling Mad Morning Missouri!

I was half way thru this post already this morning and it simply disappeared!!!!  Man I'm getting tired of that!  Just vanished like I wasn't EVEN writing a thing!!!!

Mimi ~ if I put it in word or any other program when I copy and paste it it all runs together and is hard to read.....

Well I'm going to try this one more time and then I'm giving up if I have trouble again.  I sure hope I can get a new puter next week if there is good deals out on them... my Jo says it's the best time of the year to get one.  May be waiting in a long long line though.....?  But she will be here to help me get it all set up if I do get one... I'm puter challenged for the most part....

Paul is just now noticing a tiny bit in my face and I did have the neighbor on the other end of the road stop me yesterday to ask how I was doing and said she "could sure tell, I was losing weight" but it's just because they see me out there "EVERY" day and think I must be since I'm out there so much... but my clothes are not all that much different.... just looser.  I'm going to tell you when there is a BIG difference!  Cause that SASS will be ALL OVER ME!!! ~tee hee

Sugar ~ I was just razzing you yesterday I really do plan to get to Peggy's at around 9:30... I can't wait to love on all of you!!!.  I feel like I'm going to a great big family holiday party!  I just feel so blessed!!!  And I'll think so when I sink my needy little teeth into that pecan pie too! ~tee hee  Please don't let me forget to give you the baby clothes from {{{Deb}}} for Janet if she does not get to come... kay?

I did get all my little surprises done yesterday I worked on it all day and got them finished up around 9:00 last night.... I hope I have enough I did 17  of them... do you have a bigger count than that?  I will be picking Corine up in Warrensburg at 8:30 in the morning and I think Marilyn might be able to come too depending if she can find care for her mother. 
Barbara S. ~ I'm soooo sorry about your Baby!!!  I will be praying she gets better real quick!  And you can come tomorrow without worrying about her.  Have hugs to give you know?

Sandy~ It sounds like you had a  ta~riff~ik  time with your granddaughter!  I'm so glad for you! And it's ok you were a bit ready for them to go home! 

Well I'm going to close this and get busy this morning I have another little project I am working on that I needs to get done before I go walking this morning.  And I have a whole lot of things to gather up before tomorrow too.  Boy these days can get busy REAL fast!  I was telling Janet yesterday it takes me till 10:00 ~ 10:30 to get my exercise routine out of the way and then I have to hope I have this post done first thing or my whole day is taken up before I ever get started! or I get up so early I'm plumb tuckered out!  I hope as I lose more of this nasty ole weight that I get more energy! 

I know the needs are many right now and I'm praying that the Lord will meet each one as only He can!  If you are going thru difficult times... know there is a God that loves you and try your best to reach out to Him ... He truly is as close as the mention of His name!!!  And if you are not there at this time ... then know there are those that love you and are concerned about you and will stand in the gap for you when you cannot do it yourself!

Well good morning all! Im so excited about tomorrow that this day cant go fast enough. Ive got alot of things to do today tho so that should help scoot the day along.

Sis, when are you coming up? What time? Cant wait to see ya. I have a Kindred Hearts meeting tonight so you can go with me to that and visit with some of the girls from church. Unless Im too tuckered out to go.

Bec, we should be up there around 10:30 or so ....So get your hugs in on Peggy by then...lol! Poor Peg, she will be all hugged out by the time we all get through with her.

Peg, you are so precious to offer your home for our meeting and to us crazy ladies. It will be a blast. Im seriously looking so forward to this that I can hardly stand it.

Deb D. Well are you taking all your hubbys pants away from him? lol! I think that is the size Rick wears but hes got lots of jeans so hope someone else's hubby or son can use them.

I went thru my clothes yesterday and I have several things to bring even tho one whole basketful of stuff is still in Muskogee. I guess I will bring them to the November meeting. I think Im going back to her house on the 21st to help her finish decorating for her wedding.

Man this has been a busy month.

I will go and make my pie this afternoon sometime. I wish I could make it fresh up there so it would still be warm. That is when it is best. HUM??????? Peg, if I brought it put together could I bake it while we eat lunch???? That might work, let me know ok?

Just a wee *****illy this a.m But i thank the good Lord that at least i am alive to feel the cold so not gonna complain to much LOL.
Gail just left for work and gotta get Nikki ready for school soon.
Ok got that done just gotta brush her hair and have her brush her teeth.Other than that she is good to go.weeeeeeeeeee LOL.
Hope it is warmer today because i need to go out and put straw in the dog houses. Rex would rather sleep out in the snow than in his house but i do it anyways. He is a chow and loves cold weather.He will be 11 soon so ya would think silly old thing would wanna be in where it is warm LOL.
Sure wish i could come be with you all tomorow sounds like yur all gonna have a great time.But i am so disgusted with this surgery i wouldn't be much fun anyways. But maybe someday i will be able to come and have some happy news to share with you all,But at the rate i'm going i don't see it happening anytime soon. I am really beginning to wonder if he even did anything except misfire the staple gun and cause me tons of pain LOL.I want answers to why i am gaining and can't eat without getting sick and i ain't leaving Fri till i get answers .So if ya'll hear about a crazy lady being arrested at Columbia Bariatric Center Fri Don't fret it is just me LOL.
I am filling my mug they give us at the hospital 32 ozs i have 2 of them so will fill them both  and drink it today. If it kills me. I hate water but hate not loseing worse.Can't stand chrystal light it is to sweet. For something that is sugar free it sure is sweet stuff. Hopefully my nectar will be here today or tomorrow.

Bbbrrrrr another cold morning, spose to warm up a bit today tho.  Been busy the last few days doing things around the house here,  almost got the cabinets done finally,  have them all stained now all I have to do is put the clear coat on and put the hardware on and they will be all done.  After that I can start putting the back splash on, that’s gonna look so good,  they really are looking good,  I wasn’t sure about it at first but the more I look at them the more I like them,  Susan loves em so guess that’s what counts.  Next couple days I have a few projects to do since Susan is gonna be going with Jan and the group shopping,  I’ll be here by myself so that will give me stuff to do. 

 

**Sugar** You can add Susan to your list,  Jan talked her into going so she is real excited about going and meeting everyone up there,  hope ya don’t mind an extra guest tonight.

 

**Bec** I told my wife not to be telling any of my secrets so don’t ya be after her to tell haha.   As for your posts here,  is what I do is type my post into Word then copy and paste it into the board so if I lose it then I wont have to type it again ,  make sure tho that when you do the post thing that the  reply box is set to  “HTML Editor #1”  that’s the one I use and I never have any problems with it bunching up like it does for you, when I right click to paste it another box comes up and you paste it into that and press ok.   Hope that helps, if not just give it a swift kick and it should work  LoL.

 

Well I better get busy,  gonna go for a quick walk and get a few things done before Susan has to go.  Y’all have a good warm day.

Yea Susan is coming!!! I get more excited with each new one attending.

Took "Baby" to the vet this am. She has a absessed tooth. She really doesn't feel good. They put her on antibiotic. Will wait 3-4 days to see if she improves. Probably going to have to have some teeth removed.

We'll wait about 3-4 days to see if she improves. Nothing is ever easy anymore. Please keep her in your prayers, she is so little to be in so much pain.

I have everyone on the board in my prayers.

Good Morning Auntie Jan and OH Peeps~

WOWZA is it ever COLD here!!!! Not just when the wind is blowing either-just down right, to the bone cold! I cant seem to stay warm, no matter how many clothes I put on! I HATE being outside anymore. I can be out for 10 minutes and if the cold doesnt get me-the bones and joints will-once they are cold/chilled to the bone-forget Janet for the rest of the day or night!!! Gheesh!

Jon still sick. I swear! He has not been up very long, so I am waiting to see how its going to go today and whats up. I fear getting all the way up to KC and then getting a call that I need to come home or something-I dont know. I HATE being uneasy and I sure hate feeling like a mom who would leave her sick child to go off and do something. He is in wonderful spirits tho-and so thats a very good improvement over yesterday. Maybe the worst is over OR the crud is starting to break up-cuz the nose has been stuffy and runny so far-BIG TIME!!! When he coughs, it is at least coming up. So.....I am giving him meds faithfully. I am praying like crazy that it doesnt go into this bronchial crud going around. So, unfortunately, for me, I wont have a definite IF I can even go-until tonite-and then I still have to pray and hope that he will wake up and be alright in the morning. This is the part I hate. I HATE when he is sick, period......but this not knowing what I can do about tomorrow is about to kill me!

I had emailed Bec yesterday and I had told her that, to me, its going to be like a holiday-a favorite kind (she said she felt the same way-LOL) and that I, for one, am soooo looking forward to meeting with some of the most awesome women that walk this earth! Plus-MEETING some that I havent had the pleasure to meet yet-BUT...thats just a technicality....really. I love all of you the same! I am SO BLESSED! I SO DONT WANT TO MISS THAT! Plus, my 2nd surgiversary is coming up-and, I just cant think of a better way to "celebrate" (even if in my own mind) that time, as with all of the women, who I met-strictly because of this journey-and one, that to all of us-is very hurtful and something so traumatic has brought us all together-and I know that I have gained so much through this journey and tomorrow would be proof of that! Something so horrific-to me...and MY WHOLE LIFE-the struggle-that tomorrow is a reward, of sorts-and the bonding of friends that I have made-makes it ALL WORTH IT....Every bit. I would be fat for all my life again-to know you guys are at the end of that road (how deep and heavy is that-LOL).....No-Im being serious there-thats how much you gals mean to me!

Well-I was going to post a seperate post for this-but I know a lot of people see this one and post to it-so we have a couple of our Peeps who need some special prayer right now.....Sheila-poor gal-a couple weeks ago, her washer broke....she had that surgery and then was demoted at work-to a $3 an hr job.....well, Fri or Sat-her car broke down-something is wrong with the steering column. Right now, she is using her dads stick shift-and HOPES she can drive it....Well-I was texting her this morning to check up on her (she gets up very early too-LOL) and she also lost her tv and her computer-they have both quit on her as well~SO......AND...she CANT get her good job back-where she makes $10-$12 per hour until she is TOTALLY released from the surgeon. Please say some extra prayers for her. She really needs them right now. Lack of money to fix the car or do anything really. Her check this week was $20 and next week she knows its only $80. Well, theres half a car part- Then.....Ms. Tammy Ammy. Man-the block on her car is cracked. So, the engine is ruined. She has water in her oil. Well, not just that-but her dryer broke and now her washer is on the fritz-AND more family issues with kids, kids, kids! She tries so hard to help them all out-ecspically the ones with the babies, but its really affecting her. If you could send prayers up for both of these ladies.....I know they would appreciate it. I did ask Sheila if it was okay for me to post and ask for prayer and she said yes, she cant get on the puter right now, cuz she doesnt have one-I didnt ask Tammy-but she wont mind....(love ya tammy-wink wink).....Love both these ladies. Wished I lived closer....dont have money to contribute or whatever-BUT....I can give a mean HUG and I have BIG OLD EARS! AND...would let them use my washer and dryer, computer and tv-LOL....

Well, come Thursday-(maybe weds if I dont get to go) I am starting on this house-and I am NOT stopping until its done. This is my story and Im sticking to it!!!! Its driving me nuts! I WANT it all done-so when we put the tree and decorations up-I can walk around and its all done-then-starting the new year-I WILL have MY area-my OWN ROOM-and I am going to work on my quilts and my boo****il they are done!!!

Well, I got my elephant ears all nice and dried out-and I am going to be putting them in the fishing basket-net, whatever you call it (put in the water with the fish in it after you have caught them) and hang them up till spring. I can hardly wait!

Well, I wanted to make this longer and reply to more people individually-but I am running out of time and my phone keeps ringing and Jon is really keeping me on my toes. I have been working on JUST THIS much of it since 8 am....so 4 hrs....so I am going to go ahead and go-and IF I get time later-I will come back! As always-your in my thoughts and prayers.
