Eatin' Good.....Maniac Monday
The Damage:
Outta bed....protein coffee...yum
Whenever....leftover shrimp...about 6, I think
Snack....protein bar and a couple more shrimp
Tonight....Chicken Soup w/rotini pasta
Is that all I've had today? I sure thought I ate more than that. Hmmmm, will have to mull that one over. If I remember eating more, I'll come in and add it later.
Water is on track, and have one more round of calcium and I'll be done with all my supplements for the day. May eat another protein bar later since I tend to get a sweet tooth at night...if not, then a SF pudding.
How did you all do today? I love seeing what you guys eat, it keeps me accountable. Thanks for that.

well lets see....
breakfast---yada yada yada, same ole thing---protien bar and protien drink
(snack) a couple of pcs of jerky and 3 tator tots
Lunch---egg roll and a few more pcs of jerky
(snack) 2 cookies
Supper---3 oz of chicken breast, 1/3 cup broc. 1/4 cup black eyed peas, a spoonful of wild rice,
(snack) popcorn
Im shy on the water so far...need about 24 more oz and its getting kinda late
Vitamins all in NO problem! I feel like Im about to pop!
GOD is my ROCK! SUGAR
String cheese 6 grams
Turkey roll up 14 grams
1/3 cup taco meat + cheese ??? grams 10???
All water and vits.....
Walked and did upper body exercise....
My days are all about the same lately it seems....
Plumb tuckered out again.... night. When I get up at 4:30 I'm ready for bed as soon as the sun goes down! ~tee hee

My Peggy Dear Lady.... I DO NOT want to get up THAT early but I usually wake up and my body aches so bad I can't stand to stay in the bed or I'm so wide awake I cannot go back to sleep anyway and I HATE to lay there and toss and turn so I get up and usually come here and post. Although I've always been an early riser.... and when your the only one that gets up that early your tuckered out when everyone else is ready to go.... especially in the evenings and if I take a nap in the day then I'm up late and still up early! It's a vicious cycle! ~ha
Could you send me the specific directions to come to your house I will be coming up 50. Oh my goodness I'm so very very excited!!!

I am still feeling a little under the weather so eating was slim pickens. I got in all my protein and all my vits in so that is good.
Breakfast protein bar
snack handful nuts/1 slice cheese
lunch protein drink
supper meatloaf and sweet potatoe fries
I tried to eat 1/4 cup of meatloaf but after a few bites I had that full feeling so I thought I had better quit.
I may eat a few triscuits and a slice of cheese later...
I need to make some more protein balls, they sure are good, I know they didn't last long around my house. My granddaughter even took a few to school (they are allowed to bring heathy snacks) she gave one to her teacher and she said they tasted to good to be healthy lol...she told her teacher that since I have had my surgery I only eat healthy stuff now...lol bless her heart.....
I hope you are beginning to feel a little better. It worries me when someone gets ill because we can get malnourished or dehydrated so quickly. But it seems like you are doing fairly well considering. I love the protein balls, but I always forget to make them. And I'm a little different than most, I don't use any splenda in mine. My taste buds are weird after the surgery.
