What a beautiful day...after church we went to lunch and came home and got busy.  Hubby did yard work and I finished my kitchen project...thank heavens, it was beginning to overwhelm me a little.  But it looks so nice and I am so pleased with the way it turned out.  Mark is so funny, he never does yard work but we had so many leaves and he wanted the place to look nice for Wednesday.  Isn't that sweet?

Outta bed...COFFEE...

Breakfast (in Sunday School)....protein bar

Lunch....2 onion rings, 5 shrimp, 5 french fries

Snack....protein bar

Dinner....4 oz leftover steak, 1/2 baked potato w/a little butter

That's it for tonight....got my water in but managed to slack off on my vitamins.  Yikes, but I will get back on track tomorrow.  Managed to watch a movie together tonight...Kung Fu Panda....really funny and cute. 

How was your day today?  Deb (Pooh) I still can't eat boiled chicken, always too dry.  I'm still working on ways to cook it so I can eat it.  Sometimes I roast a bone in breast and can use that in my chicken dishes. 

We're back to the gym tomorrow so I'm about ready to hit the hay.

 Snack -Did get in a popsicle YIPPEEEEEEEEE LOL

Lunch 1/2 of weighwatchers yogurt a no go

Snack Nadda

Supper tespoon instant potatoses, very small peice boiled chicken - Nope a no go too.
 Drinking protein shake 52 grams drank 1/2 ealier will finish up other half before bed . Got in fluids today about 60ozs plus the 20 from protein so thats a good thing. Tomorrows another day.

Breakfast: 1/4 of a biscuit and gravy, 1 slice bacon, couple bites of protein cake

Lunch: hamburger patti with mustard, 1/4 cup potatoes, couple bites of sweet potatoes w/cranberries, 2 baby carrots (cooked) and 1 sprig of broccoli, oh, and a few bites of some apple pie

Supper: We ordered Pizza Glen. I had some salad with ranch and ate a small piece of pizza and the topping off another small piece.

Vitamins are in and I'm still working on the water. Not sure what my protein was today, but I'd venture to say I came up short.

Time to get to some homework. See ya'll!

Hi Peggy Poo!

I had a good day again... I guess with adding the second shake I can't help but have a good day! I've gotten in the minimum without any food!  ~ha

Two 30 gram protein shakes

2 boiled eggs made into salad
deli meat
string cheese  ~Mimi I looked on the string cheese I use and it says
91 grams again today....

Did my walking too.... all vits and liquid as well

Do you know my husband came in last night from work and took ahold of my chin and turned my head one way and then another and said.... "yep, yep.... I think I can tell...  OH GLORY!!!!  That's the REAL test when the hubby has something to say!!!  He is NOT very observitive when it comes to things like that.  I knew I had to lose at least 50 bls before it would show, I'm just too big and too solid ... and then the neighbor lady stopped me on the road yesterday morning and said... "I can tell you are losing weight".... WOOPEEEEE!!!! Two in one day!!!!

I still have a smidge over 100 bls left to lose.... I'm about a third of the way there.... that's kind of a downer but I'm up to the task!

Peggy I sure hope you are not knocking yourself out to get ready for us to come? We are going to love love love you no matter what your house looks like... my husband does the same thing.... if he knows I'm having someone come.....he gets out and mows or whatever needs to be done.

Oh my goodness!!!! Only One day left!!!  I'm nearly beside myself!
