Does anyone know if the Soy Milk or Silk is lactose free?  I would love to use some milk in my protien shakes, but don't want to risk dumping.

Are Silk products dairy-free?
All Silk products including Silk Creamer and Silk Live!™ Soy Yogurt are completely dairy-free and safe for people with dairy allergies.
Soymilk (soy milk) is lactose free and a good source of essential fatty acids. It contains no cholesterol and little or no saturated fat.
