Prayers Worked out of Hospital

As you know, surgery was today, I am OUT already....Internal Hernia, and many adhesions.....now at the hotel...going to rest til Sunday and head home.... Sugar has taken care of me all day and tonight....

All done Laproscopic (sp?)

Sure is good to hear you came out of surgery doing ok.Glad they got things taken care of,Now maybe you will start feeling more like a human being and get better and stronger everyday,Glad it was all able to be done laprosopically. Hope your pain in under control and that you will be feeling good as new real soon. Get some rest and taske care. Let them pamper you a bit you deserve it.

Deb. thank  you for your kind words.  I remember when I had the RNY and we could only have liquid tylenol....yowsa...lol

The surgeon gave me Oxy, which makes me itch like mad, Sugar says we should call and get something else today.....

Glad your surgery went well and they were able to repair everything and it was done laproscopically!  I know how painful an internal hernia can be, I can only imagine how much pain you were in with that and the adhesion's!  Glad you have someone there to help you.  I'm with Deb (Pooh), let her pamper you, you deserve it!

Will continue to pray for your speedy recovery.

Hi poodle owner friend...

I kept telling myself I wanted to be as painfree as I could by Turkey day, so I could enjoy my family.  I am a sissy really, I just want to be back home.

Sherr my goodness girl they let you out today? wow superwoman huh,,,,well even superwomen need to rest so do so ...thank goodness for your friend.  let us know how you are feeling tomorrow ok

 

 

I went in at 3:00 and was headed to the hotel by 5:30!  They said as soon as you can: walk, stand, eat (pudding) and tinkle, and I did all 4 in like 4 minutes :) they said I could go....and I remember how much I dis-like the regular areas of the hospitals, considering I luv the ICU people....everyone was sooooooo nice to me.  It was incredible. 

I have on this velcro belt thing and took it off for a minute....NOTE TO SELF...DO NOT DO THAT....

I was given Oxy and it makes me itch and not sleep, so I am hurting and awake, but nothing I can't handle.  thank you for always being so kind to me.

Sherr....Im so glad they found the problem and got you all fixed up....I hope it takes care of all that was going on with you.....So great  you have such a carring friend to be with you and help you out.....
