Breakfast: protein coffee (23 grams protein)

Lunch: Pure Protein bar (20 grams protein)

Snack: Protein coffee (23 grams protein)

Dinner: Lazy Day Lasagna  (13 grams protein)
              Baked acorn squash

Vitamins and calcium in...still workin on the water.

Total protein:  79 grams, not too shabby.

79 grams is a great day...good for you.  Sounds like you are doing wonderful.  My mom used to love acorn squash....I never could enjoy it.  But I have noticed that my tastes are different and it's the time of year that baked stuff is so comforting.  May have to look into that.  Have you ever tried butternut squash?  I haven't and was curious how it tasted.  Have a good evening.

I put a little butter, some cinnamon, chives, and nutmeg and a tiny amount of brown sugar on the squash before baking. It's soooooo goood.
Yep, I'm a fan of butternut squash. I like to ma**** and sneak it into my kids' mac and cheese. Makes it really creamy!
