Eatin' Good....Cool Sunny Sunday
Outta Bed....coffee while getting ready, ok for a change, not great
Breakfast...nope
Lunch...About 3 tbsp of taco salad, way too salty. Asked hubby if it really was since everything tastes salty lately. He said nope, tastes great. Also had some chips and white cheese dip.
Snack...still hungry since couldn't eat much at lunch....protein bar, dumped. 1st time dumping on protein bar.
Another snack...2 slices cheese
Dinner...leftover steak fajitas, tolerated ok, but I'm trying to dump again (on what, she asks?)
Water..check, vitamins....almost done, and not planning to eat anymore tonight. Cannot believe that I am not losing weight since I haven't eaten over 800 calories a day in over a week....sigh.
How are you all doing tonight and please remember Susie. She's had an awful time.

Didn't do much today, I thought about going to an auction but it was awfully cold out...
Breakfast: 5 oz protein shake-used to like coffee but can't hardly drink it anymore..
snack: handful of nuts/2 protein balls (finally found a way to have my protein that I love. these are so good...and so easy to make)
lunch: forgot to eat :(
snack: slim jim with cheese
supper: 1/2 cup chili with cheese and small spoon of sour cream and 4 crackers
snack: blue bunny key lime yogurt
I think I am getting in a bad habit of snacking instead of eating a meal. Since I live by myself now it is hard to sit down and eat a meal...
I am a little short on fluids but the night is not over yet. Got in all my protein and vitamins..

I think you did pretty good on your eating! But yeah, that stinking snacking can cause so many issues. I find myself grazing, especially if I'm bored or when I'm alone, so I understand. I hate to sit and eat a meal when I'm by myself. Good job on your protein and vitamins. Good to see you, kiddo.
I know this is a day late but that is me...
Breakfast...1 1/2 cups black decaf coffee (12 oz of my water for the day)
16 oz of protien drink --32 g protien (up to 28oz of liquids)
protien bar -- 20g protien
1/2 cup coffee at church (another 4 oz = 32) lol --every drop counts
Lunch we went out to Mexican and I ordered chicken and shrimp... it came with tortillas that I didnt even unwrap, and rice that I ate one small bite of. But I ate 3 shrimp and about 1/4 of the pc of chicken and some quacamole, a few chips and some salsa....I averagedabout 10 g protien=62g and drank another 8 oz of water= 40 oz
later on in the afternoon I had a sf pudding with sf whipped crm...no values of anykind except satisfaction for chocolate!
For supper after we got home from church last night I ate my left overs from lunch. Eating the reamaining shrimp and chicken...so about 20 gr = 82 for the day
I snacked on a tiny bit of popcorn and ate a sf pc of candy
Got in about 30 more oz of water before bedtime = 70 oz for the day which was kinda low but my throat was sore and hurt to swallow....give me a break! lol
I did (always) get in my vit and minerals and calcium...
GOD is my ROCK! SUGAR
I usually try to get them to keep the tortillas when I eat Mexican and they look at me like I'm a moron. So, like you, I don't even unwrap them and they get thrown away. If they would just keep them.....oh well. And I love to have my sf pudding snack....yay for chocolate satisfaction. That is, when I actually remember they are in there!
