Eating Good....How's your Saturday?
Out of bed (way too early..stupid cat) Coffee...blech..only drank half and gave the rest to Mark
Later in the am....oatmeal....gak...ate about 1/4 and threw the rest out
Tried again....5 club crackers (too salty...didn't like them) and 2 slices cheese
Snack....protein bar....ticked Oscar off....he grumbled and burped for an hour!
Hubby's late lunch....2 bites of chicken (too dry) and 2 bites of potatoes (too salty)
Think I'll stick with soup or protein shake later....sick of trying to eat and hating it. Boy, do I sound like a whiner or what?
Water...fair, need to get in another bottle. Vitamins and calcium are on track, so far.
Thanks again for all your prayers, I felt good enough today that we got out and did some shopping for necessities. It's amazing how he can run out of things when I'm not here! Even did some laundry.
I'm still trying to catch up on everything that has gone on with all of you, so much has happened. I'm so glad I have you all and I think about each and every one of you every day.

it is work and will always be work to do all the things that we have to do...before if you didnt feel like eating for a couple of days no big deal , now it is a huge deal....malnutrution and dehydration stare us in the face every day...
breakfast ;;;;;coffee protein
snack,,,,4 protein balls
lunch 1/4 cup of chili and 3 wheat crackers
snack strawberry protein smoothie
supper 1/4 bowl stew and 1/2 piece of cornbread
snack protein balls
pork rinds ,.
got all my water in all my vits and all my protein ...plus got 1200 calories in today.

Thought I would give this a try
A.M. Protien drink and protien bar (this is what I have every morning before I leave for the gym)
Took banana and some of my Pr. drink with me to drink when I finish working out.
Lunch today was some popcorn, and then a small hamb. from Wendees with only one bite of the bun (that about made me sick) 4 french fries
Snack of 1 pc of sf candy and a handful of grapes
Supper was 3/4 cup of potato and turkey soup and 2 wheat crackers and a protien bar
Snack of popcorn and 1pc of sf candy and a handful of grapes
I dont know how many calories but the protien was about 80

I dont know about eating right or not! Sometimes I eat all wrong in a day but I try real hard to get back on track as soon as I realize it.
I dont have a calorie counter and the ones online are so slow with dial up that I dont bother with them. I know about what I should and shouldnt eat so I try to stay away from the bad stuff most of the time.
How are you doing? I am sure praying for a quick and full recovery for you. Dont want you laid up and feeling bad!
