Lunch- Protein nectar 26 grams
Snack- More protein 26 grams.
Supper 14 of a hamsalad sandwich
 Bedtime Nadda
Vitamines Check.Fluids Check. Hope ya'll had a good eating day.Peggy hope you are feeling up to par soon.We miss you.

Hey Deb,

Thanks for starting this....I'm wanting to get it going again because I sure know it helps me stay on track.  I'm still not eating enough but I know it will get better.

Sometime this morning....oatmeal

Later in the day....crackers w/peanut butter

Snack...protein bar

Late dinner...two bites of steak, tasted yukky, 4 hunks of fruit, some chips and queso dip.

Water...finally got it in today, no vitamins or calcium but am going to work on it tomorrow.  Like I said, I'm beginning to feel a little more normal.

lol i think i get in more protein than you do girl that isnt much of a day there.

lunch  chili with 3 multi grain crackers ( we wanted the same thing

ssnack   plan on being vienna sausages

supper  strawberry protein smoothie
