HealthSimple package in the mail
I got this mysterious package in the mail the other day and just opened it today. it is from a company called HealthSimple. They apparently got my info from Columbia because everything in it was related to WLS vitamins. They sent a ton of stuff....liquid fiber, chocolate whey protein powder, vanilla whey protein powder, vanilla flavored chewable calcium w/ vit D, and citrus flavored chewable multi vitamins.
This was at no cost to me. I am asked to try these products for a week then do a 15 min survey about these products. I do not have to send the remaining back. And then they will send me a check for 15 bucks for my time.
I have not tried the whey powders yet but will later today. The liquid fiber is totally tasteless and I put it in my coffee. I don't use fiber though as I think I get enough in my diet. I am pretty regular LOL. The vanilla calcium is way better than that crap from bariatric advantage but I still cannot handle it. Chewing vitamins and pills is not my thing! They taste good though. The citrus vitamin is way better than the bariatric advantage ones. Still again too much for me. I have to find a multi I can handle. As for calcium I do the petite's as I can do pills just fine. Anyways i am going to try this stuff out this week and bring the remaining with me to Columbia for any of you gals who wanna try some of it.
