OH, My Goodness!!

My employer (Children's Mercy Hospital and Clinics) put on a wellness fair today! They were giving out free 10 minute massages!! I got my first professional massage today and boy did it feel GREAT! I think I will go back for another when I get off work! Why not, right? They were also weighing people. I found out that as of today I am officially UNDER 190!!! I am at 189.6!! Yay Me!! I work at one of the best places in Kansas City maybe even the country!!

Awesome, I have to agree on the job, it is a great place.  I was just up there the other day.  Grandbaby is coming up the 24th for same day surgery.  I will have to look you up while we are there. 
Congrats on the weightloss too that is great that you are doing so well. 
By the way I sure could use a message myself.

What time will you be there? I am there at 4:45 am until 12:45 pm. I am a security officer there. I will be wearing a white long sleeve shirt and black pants. You will have to sign in with us first and show an I.D. What is your grandbaby's name?


ETA: Just ask any of the Security officers where Cassie is and they can get a hold of me!! It would be awesome to see you! Maybe we could have lunch. I eat around 11 am.

We won't know till Friday before surgery what time to show up.  He is only 4 months so they say they do them first.  I am sure we will be there about the time you go to work. His name is Clayton James Hall.  He was there in June in the nic unit. Lynette and Angie seen him last night he weights 18lbs and 11oz now, he was born 10lbs 4oz.  He is got a head of hair that won't quit.  I sure hope we can do lunch.  I know we will be there.  It's not really a serious surgery won't take but 15 minutes they say.  It will just be a hassle getting up there so early and all.  I will send you my cell # I will pm you. Congrats on the weight loss!  I am very proud of you.  Angie and I were talking yesterday and we sure hope that you will be able to come to the meeting on the 15th.  Would love to get together again with you.  I spend the afternoon and evening with Angie and Marylin and it was so great.  These ladies in this group are so precious and great to be around.  I just love 'em!!  Hope to see you soon.

Congrats on your weight loss.What i wouldnt give for a nice massage,But around her can't evenget hubby to scratch my back whe it itches.he ibforms me thats why door post were invented LOL.Glad you enjoy your job it is so hard to find one we like.The one i love is nrsing but my old back won't allow me to do it anymore.Good luck on your jouney.

Weigh to go, girl.  You're the best!  Sam said he could see a difference on Halloween. It must be cool to  be excited to get on scales instead of dreading it.   It's fun to see the pounds drop off you.  Congrats and have a great day.
