LOSING WEIGHT VERY SLOW
MY WEIGHT HAS BEEN HOVERING AROUND 315 TO 318 FOR THE LAST 2 WEEKS. I HURT MY ANKLE AND FOOT AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO EXERCISE AS MUCH. DOES ANY ONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS TO HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT. I HAVE BEEN THINKING OF MAYBE TAKING AN OVER THE COUNTER WEIGHT PILL. ANY THOUGHTS. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT. THANKS TIM
Tim please get in your vits, protein, and water..dont eat potatoes, bread, pasta or anything white and the weight WILL come off sometimes it slows down because our bodies have to catch up, then WHAMO it starts again, also you need calories good ones....dont get discouraged it will come off....vesta
