Just got home from seeing Susie

She looks great.  Dr H removed a hernia she had also.  He said she did great with shrinking her liver.  She did NOT cheat ONE time on her liquid diet.  She was sitting up in a chair when Lynette, Marylin and I got there.  She is in good spirits and looks really really good.  Her husband Craig is with her and is right by her side.  She might try to post some later or tomorrow on her laptop.  She just wanted everyone to know she's good and thanks for the prayers.

Lynette thank you so much for letting me ride up with you.  I had a great time!!!

Marylin it was so good to see you girl.  You're such a sweetie!!!  Hope to see you on the 15th.

Oh! NO! I just called and talked to Susie she has a fever, she did pass the leak test.  She is feeling really bad today and isn't going home.  She isn't able to get any rest and is hurting really more then she should be.  Hoping she feels less pain soon she sounded really distressed.  I hope the fever isn't anything but over doing.  Just thought would let you all know.

That's what I was talking to her husband Craig about.  I, too, ran a fever the first day and felt about how she did.  Then the second day was my worst.  I felt terrible the second day and then felt great the third day.  She looked so good yesterday.  I am sure she will be great again soon.

Angie and Marylin....I had such a great time with you two.  Can't wait till the next time!!

I had a great time last night too.  I am having a terrible time with my feet tonight hurting so bad I can't seem to get any relief. I am looking at a long night.

Thanks for posting about Susie-she is in our prayers for a speedy recovery-hopefully the fever and her not feeling well is just a nasty old side effect from the hernia, in combination with the WLS-double whammy!!!

If you hear anything new-please let us know and if you talk to her tell her that we said WELCOME TO THE BENCH and that she is in our thoughts and prayers! Love ya, Janet
